Responsible for developing and leading a team of Human Resources Assistants, and/or Recruiters and providing recruiting and systems support and compliance guidance to Hiring Managers and employees involved in the hiring process. Responsible for enhancing and administering a variety of strategic functions and processes that support the continuous development of the organizations recruitment/talent acquisition. Oversees the development and implementation of strategies to support and streamline the recruiting functions.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Analyses, develops, and implements strategies to standardize recruiting support processes and deliver exceptional customer service.
Manages the day to day functions of the recruitment and selection process.
Supervises a team of HR Assistants and/or Recruiters.
Stays well-informed of trends and changes in recruitment legislation to ensure hiring practices are compliant with state and federal government agencies.
Promotes the development of programs to embrace diversity and oversee the implementation of diversity hiring practices throughout the organization.
Partners with IT and HR departments to ensure that Talent Acquisition systems and records are complete and compliant.
Partners with third party staffing agencies to place temporary staff agency staff when needed.
Manages relationships with temporary staff agencies by collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to determine the need and effective use of temporary staff agencies.
Manages agreements with external recruitment agencies, ensuring that the terms agreed to by the recruiting partners are being met.
Develops reports and metrics regarding the status of current openings, new hire data, shares findings with the leadership team and/or with committee members as assigned.
Makes recommendations regarding recruitment and selection data to the leadership team or committee members as assigned.
Assist with gathering and/or reporting turnover data.
Manages the process of student, job shadow, volunteers, and internships processing.
Leads special projects and the implementation of corporate and department initiatives related to recruitment and selection and other assignments as needed.
Develops, coaches, and mentors direct reports.
Processes performance evaluations for direct reports.
Rewards employees or takes disciplinary action, as necessary.
Addresses recruitment and selection complaints and resolves recruitment and selection issues.
Assists Supervisors with development of job descriptions.
Communicates with Director of Human Resources regarding to projects assigned and recruitment and selection endeavors.
Resolves issues related to the Paycom Human Resources Information System (HRIS) recruitment and selection module.
