WakeMed is seeking a visionary Senior Vice President, Enterprise Administrator to join our leadership team and partner in a dynamic dyad with the Chief Medical Officer. The Enterprise Administrator will also be expected to serve as the senior-most executive overseeing a minimum of three system departments, directing high level strategy, operational and financial performance, quality/safety, and patient satisfaction in conjunction with the senior leaders responsible for these areas.
You’ll work closely with executive leaders, physicians, nurses, and community partners to create a future where WakeMed is recognized for quality, compassion, and cutting-edge care. This role is more than administration—it’s about leading change, driving innovation, and making a lasting difference in the health of our communities.
Reporting: Matrix reporting to Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer.
