Position Summary: The Intake and Admin Coord Sr (Sr. Coordinator) is responsible for the intake and triage of new cases, consult requests and other incoming work for the Compliance & Ethics Program (CEP). Additional duties include coordinating the routine operations for the Compliance & Ethics Program and the administrative support of MultiCare Health Systems Privacy & Civil Rights Department. The Sr. Coordinator will be a master level user of the CEP system of record and skilled user of the access monitoring software. The Sr. Coordinator will assist with projects, incident reporting, breach reporting, and development of content for the internal and external websites and newsletters. The Sr. Coordinator serves as a role model for ethical behavior and promotes awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with the MultiCare mission, vision and values, as well as those required by federal and state law.
Minimum Requirements: Four (4) years office management/administrative experience; some Health Care environment required Eight (8) years experience with personal computer required. Fluency in Microsoft Office software required; SharePoint experience preferred.
