SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Medical Assistant of the Contingency Pool will be expected to perform the following duties throughout their designated assignments: room patients, conduct Point-of-Care Testing, perform phlebotomy and injections, administer medications, and complete asynchronous administrative work. The MA should anticipate working with varied populations ranging from pediatrics to geriatric patients.
The ideal MA for this position will be able to work within a team environment and independently. With each assignment, it will be expected that the Medical Assistant will meet not only the Contingency?s Pool expectations but also those of the assigned office. It is important to be punctual and promptly report to all assignments. Apply today!
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
- Previous outpatient experience preferred.
