The Supervisor, Operations will be responsible for directing and overseeing the operational needs of the Surgical Care Assistants and Patient Care Assistants. The Supervisor, Operations will coordinate the tasks of the department staff, as well as assisting in staff training and development. The Supervisor, Operations will serve as a liaison between administration and hospital departments and provide the highest possible level of service.
