Overview

As a Pathology Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in both the technical and leadership aspects of our Transfusion and Core lab operations. You’ll oversee a team of skilled professionals, ensuring high-quality diagnostic testing and smooth day-to-day workflows.
This role blends hands-on lab expertise with strategic oversight, offering the opportunity to mentor staff, improve processes, and contribute to the advancement of patient care. You’ll also collaborate with management to maintain compliance, optimize resources, and foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
Lead daily lab operations by supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring accurate, timely testing.
Maintain quality standards through oversight of procedures, proficiency testing, and compliance with accrediting agencies.
Support and train your team, providing guidance on technical issues and coordinating ongoing education and development.
Drive innovation by evaluating new equipment, updating procedures, and improving lab functionality.
Manage resources including inventory, budgets, and employee records to keep the lab running efficiently.
