Job DescriptionUnder general supervision from Talent Acquisition Leadership, the Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) will leverage our platforms to redefine Talent Acquisition for UMMS. The TAP carries a full-cycle requisition load, identifies and engages the right talent, follows proper methodology and technical processes of the system while assisting candidates and employees find the right job fast. Additionally, the TAP will use advanced tools and data-driven strategies, collaborating closely with hiring leaders, Sourcers, and operations support to deliver high-quality hires.
