Talent Attraction Partner II
JOB SUMMARY The Talent Attraction Partner II role will be making a difference through the acquisition of top talent. This is accomplished by providing the highest quality experience for both internal and external members. The Talent Attraction Partner II is responsible for developing consultative relationships with hiring managers across multiple business units to drive the full cycle recruitment process, to include requisition management, job posting content, sourcing, screening/interviewing, candidate offer/closing, and onboarding.
