Cancer Registry Manager
JOB SUMMARY:The Cancer Registry Manager demonstrates expertise in Cancer Registry functions. The Manager will have oversight and supervision of all Harris Health System Cancer Registry Program work activities and registry operation. Responsible for staffing and management. Manager produces reports, performs audits and provides training. The Manager codes, stages and abstracts all cases of cancer diagnosed and / or treated at Harris Health. Assures compliance related to Texas Cancer Registry guidelines, American College of Surgeons (ACOS) and Commission on Cancer (CoC). Performs data entry utilizing Elekta (Mosaiq) software.
