The Senior Solutions Architect will be instrumental in designing and delivering advanced solutions that bridge the gap between technology and healthcare. This role requires expertise in contact center operations, omni-channel communication strategies, and the application of AI/machine learning in healthcare contexts. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to create tailored solutions that drive innovation and efficiency in healthcare delivery.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives related to contact centers, omni-channel communication, AI/machine learning, and healthcare processes.
Design comprehensive and scalable solutions that integrate contact center functionalities, omni-channel communication strategies, and AI/machine learning technologies to address healthcare-specific requirements.
Develop technical proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the proposed solutions and their benefits to clients.
Lead the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, security standards, and healthcare regulations.
Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and budgets.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements in healthcare, contact center operations, and AI/machine learning.
Act as a subject matter expert in healthcare technology, offering insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Leads the analysis of feasibility, cost ramifications, economies, or other aspects of planned or potential programs.
Manages technical relationships with key vendors and technology development companies.
Coordinate and communicate with staff members (Contact Center Leadership & IT Teams) of all levels throughout the business process.
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
·Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on contact centers, omni-channel communication, AI/machine learning, CRM, and healthcare solutions.
·In-depth understanding of contact center operations, including telephony systems, IVR, workforce management, and customer engagement strategies.
·Familiarity with omni-channel communication platforms and their integration with contact center solutions.
·Expertise in AI/machine learning technologies and their applications in healthcare, such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and personalized healthcare solutions.
·Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, including HIPAA.
·Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
·Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
·Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and lead technical discussions with clients.
