Job Summary: Responsible for the implementation, support, analysis, execution and training for sales and marketing initiatives for their assigned hospitals. With the District's senior leadership, hospital’s senior leadership and marketing staff, implements core standardized marketing and training practices and procedures to achieve the hospital's vision, mission and goals. Provides support to enable their assigned hospitals to meet admissions and census goals, provide marketing leadership and support to their assigned facilities to meet business objectives. Responsible for supporting, mentoring and leading their assigned district's hispital sales teams. Essential Functions: (Those functions that the individual who holds the position must be able to perform unaided or with the assistance of reasonable accommodation). • Manages the sales and marketing efforts in assigned hospitals. • Leads the implementation of sales training and tracking • Coordinates all public relations, advertising and Media events through Corporate Communications • Insure that all marketing collateral, DVD, advertising and web site information is accurate and up to date. • Insure the compliance to marketing protocols, policies and procedures. • Manages and actively participates in critical professional and industry associations and organizations that represent referral sources and patients. • Provides training expertise and functions as a resource to hospital in developing marketing plans. • Trains Clinical Liaison and other marketing professionals for effective Referral Development. • Assesses performance of Clinical Liaisons and other marketing positions in implementing marketing plans and takes or recommends corrective actions as necessary. • Assures hospital has processes in place as required by the corporate compliance agreement.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in related field. Master’s degree preferred. Licenses/Certification: • Valid driver's license is required. Clinical licensure (RN, LPN, RT) preferred. Experience: • Minimum of five years’ experience in healthcare/post acute marketing and sales management. Management experience over a sales team and multiple facilities preferred. Proven record of success.
