PRIMARY FUNCTION:Maintains seamless flow of supplies to clinical areas through the maintenance of existing clean supply areas, build-out of new supply areas, and analysis and adjustment to supply levels. This role acts as a liaison between clinical supply areas and the Materials leadership and is the resident subject matter expert (SME) on supply utilization at the front-line level.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Acts as primary customer service representative for PAR related issues for the entire Materials departmentProcesses stock issues and returns; provides QA/QC of returned items from clinical areas.Processes credits and adjustments by the end of each business day.
