Position Information:
The Mgr, MyCare365 is responsible for the supervision and management of physician services to assigned practice(s). Under general supervision of the Executive Director, Service Line Practices, this individual directs, coordinates, and integrates practice resources and activities to meet the goals of the service line. This individual understands both the long-range goals and the short-term WakeMed Specialty Group and remains focused on achieving objectives and standards. Works in partnership with the physician leader(s) to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (JCAHO, NCBON, CMS, DHHS), enhance operations and ensures physician participation and integration into the operations of the practice. Understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of WakeMed Physicians.

Experience Requirements:
3 Years Clinical - Ambulatory Care Required

Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration Or Bachelor's Degree Health Administration Or Associate's Degree Allied Health Or Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Preferred

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Registered Technologist for Radiography Required Basic Life Support Required - And Certified Physician Practice Manager Required - Within 1 Year of Hire

Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday, Variable 8am-8pm

Weekend Requirements:
As Needed

Call Requirements:
As Needed
