Sr Compliance Auditing Spec
Job Summary: Reports directly to the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Compliance. Serves as an internal organizational subject matter expert on Risk Adjustment and Hierarchical Conditions Categories (HCC) coding, provider billing and compliance auditing. Specific duties include performing concurrent and retrospective reviews and audits of documentation and coding as it relates to billing processes. Works with providers and staff to ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical record documentation and coding. Coordinates and provides training, education and coaching to providers and staff regarding accurate and complete medical record documentation and coding in compliance with established standards and guidelines.
