In compliance with applicable New York and New Jersey State regulatory authorities, COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine) is mandatory for all MSK employees, contingent workers, and volunteers. Exceptions are permitted for those employees who request and receive an approved medical or fully remote exemption.

*Staff working at a MSK New Jersey location must be up to date with COVID-19 vaccination, which includes having completed the primary COVID-19 vaccination series and booster once eligible as mandated by New Jersey State. All New Jersey staff not yet eligible for a booster must receive a booster within 3 weeks of becoming eligible as a condition of continued employment at MSK.

Note: Individuals are eligible to receive a COVID-19 booster five months after receiving the second dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or two months after the J&J vaccine.

Research Regulatory Associate

Our extraordinary scientists and clinicians work together to drive innovation and tackle some of the greatest challenges of biomedical science.

We are seeking Research Regulatory Associate's to join our team in the fight against cancer. In this role, you will work collaboratively as a member of our research team focused on responsibilities related to regulatory compliance. As a Research Regulatory Associate, you will be an essential member of our team to ensure the proper regulatory compliance of the clinical research protocols.

At Memorial Sloan Kettering, we have exciting opportunities for hybrid work (mix of onsite and remote work).

You will:

• Perform all tasks associated with the regulatory management of research protocols within MSK.
• Responsible for ensuring MSK is always audit-ready by maintaining up-to-date regulatory documents and regulatory files.
• Ensure the proper conduct of clinical research by developing, revising, and maintaining accurate protocol tools at all times.
• Participate in special projects and task forces as applicable.

You are:

• Knowledgeable of the regulations pertaining to human subject protection (including 21 CFR and 45 CFR 46 of the United States Code of Federal Regulations) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• Able to assess priorities among several tasks simultaneously while meeting established guidelines.
• A good decision-maker, with proven success at making timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
• Able to hold yourself and others accountable to achieve goals and live up to commitments.
• An effective communicator, capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding.
• Able to work independently, be flexible, and meet tight deadlines.

You have:

• A minimum of a High School Diploma with applicable experience.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience working in clinical research, preferably within the regulatory space.
• Commitment for at least 2 years
