Job SummaryPosition reports directly to the Time & Labor Manager but will work closely with Payroll leadership as the business needs demand. Leads staff and supports System-wide projects (i.e., system upgrades, conversions, new implementations, etc.) while working with various cross functional teams such as Information Systems, Human Resources, Nursing, and other stakeholders, as well as customer based teams.Responsible for ensuring timecards are accurate and compliant with organizational policies, and Federal and State Labor Laws.
