This is an exciting opportunity to play a leadership role in building an internal OD consulting practice. The Associate Director of Organization Development will play a key role in establishing a reliable process for evaluating and responding to consultation requests from client organizations. Where appropriate, they will partner with HR Business Partners to deliver consulting work, and develop the capabilities of Business Partners as well as members of the OD team.
