Your day.

As a Manager of  IT Digital Services, you need to know how to:

• The Manager, IT Service Management is responsible for overseeing the effectiveness and continued improvement for ITIL practices including asset, configuration management,  incident, major incident, problem management.


• This includes ensuring standards, processes, procedures and respective KPIs are published for these practices.


• Leads the Configuration and Control Board for asset and configuration management.


• Leads ITSM process reviews


• Oversee incident service level agreements and operational level agreements to ensure acceptable platform operation


• Publish and monitor KPI's to measure effectiveness of these practices to determine and drive opportunities for improvement.


• Implement procedures and processes that increase overall effectiveness


• Manage, review and develop incident communication policies and practices to ensure clarity in all areas of the business.


• Drive problem management by proactively analyzing incidents to determine likelihood of recurrence and prioritize the changes necessary to eliminate recurrence


• Consistently review service operations holistically to determine opportunities for improvement
