Senior Manager, Advertising

• Help manage a robust calendar and project plan for creative development, establishing and monitoring critical milestones.
• Identify talent for advertising creative (current and former patients, as well as MSK staff) in compliance with all relevant MSK policies as well as production planning and securing locations for photo or film shoots.
• Participate in creative reviews, equip agency partners with current brand guidelines and assets, and translate creative feedback between internal stakeholders and agency partners.
• Work with Director of Advertising and media partners to outline channel-specific media strategies, targets, and media spend allocation.
• Support day-to-day media agency relationship management to ensure delivery of media strategies and related projects and manage performance.
• Help shape media agencys results reporting strategy for ongoing optimizations; share results internally with appropriate stakeholders.

• 7-10+ years in advertising, agency or in-house, specifically in developing, managing, and implementing integrated advertising and marketing programs for consumer services or products
• Strong experience in both media and creative
• Management experience
• Technical marketing skills, including measurement and performance assessments
• Strong presentation and communication skills; excellent written and verbal skills
• Capable of handling numerous projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
