Overview Cybersecurity Engineer, Digital Identity Management is responsible for developing, scripting, configuring, testing, deploying and maintaining industry leading Cybersecurity tools and technical for M Health Fairview. Successful candidate would possess technical subject matter expertise and technology IT engineering expertise in designing solutions for complex business problems integrating with applications, infrastructure and business systems relating or supporting patient care. Engineer will have experience in integrating defined business processes and automating fulfillment of necessary services using variety of methods including Security DevOps. Operational duties include collaborating with peer engineers/analysts/developers/support staff, analyzing and documenting technical requirements, supporting production systems, troubleshooting technical issues and help resolve incidents and escalations. Responsibilities/Job Description - Participate in discussions with cross functional subject matter experts to document, analyze security requirements including business processes and design solutions using Cybersecurity automation tools and related infrastructure components.
- Configure and customize cybersecurity tools and systems to meet business needs and automate providing easy to use self-service capabilities.
- Build, enhance automation scripts to meet evolving cybersecurity requirements
- Provide technical inputs and collaborate with project management, design and implementation teams
- Experience in delivering complex integration projects using agile DevOps methods collaborating with global, offsite and onsite teams
- Use standard Security and IT processes to implement changes to live systems
- Deploy and support complex authentication solutions such as MFA, Privileged Identity Management, Privileged Access Management solutions, strong and risk based authentication
- Deploy and support multiple federation solutions for enterprise and cloud based applications, business partner entities. Enhance deployed architecture of core directories and solutions to accommodate such acquisitions.
- Support and maintain enterprise directories (like AD, e-Directory, Azure AD) for user authentication and authorization.
- Serve as security subject matter expert in assisting triage, investigation and remediation of assumed/potential/actual security incidents. Participate in Red/Blue/Purple teams as needed to help improve security posture of Fairview Health Services.
- Customize, implement, test, maintain and support current and future complex cybersecurity and IT Risk management technologies, processes and procedures such as Authentication, Authorization, Strong/Risk Based authentication, Privileged & regular user Identity Management, Access Management, Federation, Security Logging and Monitoring, Vulnerability management, Security Automation and Orchestration, Event correlation, Data Loss Detection and Prevention, safeguard PHI/PII Data etc.
- Contribute to complex projects related to cybersecurity regulatory compliance and the implementation and maintenance of all cybersecurity programs, processes and technologies. Assure the implementation of appropriate security configurations or re-configurations and work with appropriate teams to execute them as required.
Qualifications Required Education - Bachelors degree in the areas of Information Security, Audit, Governance Risk and Compliance areas of Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of relevant experience/education.
Experience - 8 years of cumulative experience in Information Technology with 3+ years in IT Security
- Development and/or scripting experience in using programming languages such as Java, XML, PowerShell, Python etc
- Experience in delivering complex integration projects using agile DevOps methods collaborating with global, offsite and onsite teams
- 3+ years of experience in deployment or maintenance ofenterprise directories, MFA and PKI tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD
- Development experience in using Java, XML, PowerShell and/or Python based programming languages
- Deployment and maintenanceexperienceonone of moreIdentity Management tools like NetIQ, SailPoint Identity IIQ, Access Manager/Single Sign On/Federation solutions
Language & Communication Skills - Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization

Preferred Education - Bachelors degree or higher in the areas of Information Security, Audit, Governance Risk and Compliance areas of Information Technology or related field
Experience - Prior experience as Senior Developer or Engineer deploying Identity Management solutions for Healthcare organization
License/Certification/Registration - Technical certifications in any of the fields Security technologies & tools, Cloud and Mobile applications
