The Plasma Center Recruitment Lead will be responsible for supporting and driving all aspects of recruitment efforts for primarily non-exempt, hourly positions for 150+ plasma centers nationwide. Partner with various Hiring Managers to develop and implement recruiting strategies to support business growth and lead recruitment activity for 5500+ hires annually across thirty five plus states. The incumbent will also serve as the primary recruiter for 10-15 plasma centers with a requisition load of 100+ requisitions at any given time and have extensive interactions with cross functional leaders in a high volume and fast paced environment. The Plasma Center Recruitment Lead will drive lean six sigma projects to increase process efficiency and track key metrics for plasma center recruitment. Manage a team of 7-8 recruiters and contribute toward the professional growth and development of his/her direct reports. Responsible for DE&I strategy and tracking key Talent Acquisition metrics in addition to adhering to AAP and OFCCP guidelines. Accountabilities Primary Recruiter, Strategic Recruitment, Process Efficiency, Team Leader - Perform as a Primary Recruiter across 10-15 plasma centers to include establishing location specific Talent Acquisition Strategies for both new and existing plasma centers.
- Identify talent gaps and trends within support areas and proactively build sourcing channels to fill those needs.
- In addition to managing a requisition load of 100+ hourly requisitions, and leading a team of 5-7 plasma center recruiters, consult with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to understand the external marketplace for talent in various locations and talent implications resulting from shifts within the business as well as current hiring trends, metrics & issues.
- Serve as a consultative and strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor to a variety of Hiring Managers to help drive business results throughout the recruitment process to execute on business needs.
- Identify and implement various proactive and just in time sourcing strategies to identify and attract quality candidates in a timely fashion by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources.
- Prescreen, identify and submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
- Build solid and positive relationships with numerous HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure efficient and effective staffing processes.
Technology & Process Efficiency - Explore and implement various technologies in the recruitment processes to reduce time to fill and enhance efficiency.
- Bring in mobile friendly recruitment solutions to drive engagement.
- Understand and analyze new technology available in the market such as matching technology, automated interview scheduling, OnDemand Video interviewing, CRM and other platforms that can add strategic value to the business.
KPI & Data Analytics - Provide measurable results through successful social media contribution to TA metrics including:Â Number of Positions Filled, Time to Fill, Diversity, Source of Hire, Cost Per Hire, and other internal measurements and standards that drive an effective talent acquisition process.
- Run weekly and biweekly reports on open and filled reqs to share with key stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations on key metrics and deliver this data to key business leaders on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Develops, manages and measures specific programs focused on candidate segmentations and sources of quality like referrals and college recruiting.Â
- Provides updates to the Leadership Team on key media metrics while summarizing overall results and analyzes trends, issues and provides recommendations to improve performance.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition collogues to analyze regional recruitment and corporate recruitment metrics, diagnose issues, and present solutions for critical roles.
AAP, OFCCP Compliance and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion - Implement best practice strategies to track and log DE&I efforts
- Post to diversity job boards to recruit for diverse talent and report out on key DE&I metrics.
- Maintain compliance with AAP and OFCCP guidelines and provide directions to team members regarding the latest guidelines.
- Enhance businessâ awareness to key DE&I efforts via learning exchanges, videos and trainings.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: - Bachelor Degree required.
- Masters Preferred or 6 years or more recruiting experience preferably in a high volume and decentralized organization.
- Retail experience a plus.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification & Project Management experience preferred.
