Responsible for maintaining the organization’s Compliance Program. Performs compliance reporting, leads special projects, and develops and implements compliance auditing and monitoring strategies.
Serves as the main compliance point of contact for routine interactions with DMHC, DHCS, other regulatory agencies and plan partners.
Serves as the main point of contact for staff on routine compliance issues and questions.
Receives, summarizes and catalogues regulatory updates and other communication on a timely basis.
Assists in developing and maintaining policies and procedures, including coordinating the design, review, approval, cataloging and dissemination.
