Information Technology Developer I

Summary:

The Information Management Instructional Designer maintains and supports the technology needed for effective implementation and adoption of IM technologies including Epic.This role partners with many different departments to deliver quality content for a variety of applications and personnel across the organization. The IM Instruction Designer provides quality solutions and services, and ensures consistent application of tools and processes within Information Management across the entire system. This role also delivers training on technology and tools related to Information Management strategy and deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Masters preferred
• Strong skills in troubleshooting Web-based applications, identifying various issues, and referring to technical support
• Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills
• Advanced problem-solving ability and analytical and organizational skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management
• Must have 4+ years of designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating technology solutions
• Strong experience providing support for a learning management system or Web-based applications, including end user, administrator and vendor support
